This is one of my so-called personal projects that I wanted to push through and continue doing. As you know I love food, I love to take photos of them and I do want to improve my cooking and baking skills. So now while I'm learning, I wanted to share the recipes with you.
First trial was the Homemade Tempura. I was actually trying to make a good batter that would really stick on the shrimp.

Ingredients:
Panko Bread Crumbs
15 Medium Shrimps, peeled
1/4 Cup Flour
1 Egg, beaten
3 Tbsp Water
1/2 tsp Salt
Oil
Instructions:
Roll the peeled shrimps over the flour.
Mix the beaten egg with water and salt, dip the shrimps into the mixture.
Then coat over with bread crumps and deep fry into the heated oil.
*Serve best with tomato ketchup or tempura sauce.
You may find the instructions too discreet, as my purpose to turn this into a quick guide thus I want it to be short and direct so it would be more easier to follow.
enjoy cooking,
mause
