YG Family: 2014 Galaxy Tour - Power in Singapore

This was the time full of mixed emotions - happy, excited, nervous?? (shrieks out loud!!) XD

The long awaited YG Family Tour only's stop in Southeast Asia finally came, it is this kind of event where you need to sacrifice a weekend and get up really early. For VIP ticket holders, it was almost like a full day event. Merchandise collection started at 10am but even if we reached 30 mins earlier than scheduled, I bet you can guess how long the queue already is.

I have to say kudos to One Production for making the process smooth for us, right after merchandise collection the same line continued for the sound check party so VIP ticket holders don't have to rush to another queue. But.. the downside was.. the waiting time! Staying in the queue for almost 3 hours is really no joke, even if we were squatting on the floor the weather was just so hot but for concert-goers (ahem! like me..) it is usually part of the experience.

The sound check party started late and I didn't expect it to be so short, but in the end we still end up enjoying because all the artists came out except for Psy. It was a short-lived fun moment which lasted less than 20 minutes because they still have to continue rehearsing ..and we have yet to grab our lunch.

Samsung had some activities prior to the concert and they were giving out signed CDs as prizes for their games. Then comes the much awaited time for the main event, you can say that the stadium is roughly 90% full and there's a lot of screaming, jumping, and shrieking going on all throughout the night. The artists also said that the crowd for Sunday is more louder. XD
