Measurements: Now and After

Now we're at the point in starting to plan the wedding and what goes together with the planning is also slimming down. Still got a year ahead but I definitely need to get my body started doing exercise to keep it in shape, don't want to show off those extra skin during our Pre-nup and Save the date shoot!
Aim: at least lose 50 lbs. dimensions must go back to the way it used to be even before the fats started coming out. This will be a great challenge and I must keeup with it with strict discipline. If not all the efforts before are gone.
I'll try to monitor in a month's time to see how big or small the improvement is!
